| Welcome to the School District of Lee County’s Payroll
Department web page. Our offices are located in the Lee Public
Education Center at 2855 Colonial Blvd. We are responsible for
paying approximately 11,875 employees each fiscal year for a
total gross payroll, excluding benefits, of nearly $342 million. |

2010 W-2 Tax Documents
ALL 2010 W-2 Tax Documents will be mailed to your
home address on or before January 31, 2011
CURRENT SDLC EMPLOYEES

Validate that your address appears correctly on your
Nov 30th paycheck or direct deposit statement
-
If an address change is required, complete a PAF
with your school or department secretary to update info
-
Employee address changes must be submitted by the
school/department via PAF to the Personnel Dept prior to Dec 18,
2010 to ensure that the address will appear correctly on the 2010
W-2 tax document.

County Personnel Services Department to make address changes

If a forwarding notice is in effect with the
U.S. Postal Service, then the W-2 will be forwarded to the address
noted.
